Like the moon and the stars and the sun......
Shivers still run up my spine every time I hear this song start to play....and that's just the beginning. Today at least, I'll remember - It's up to me....yeah, ME...
A luminous, joyous existential realist :), just when I thought that some of those terms were antithetical. 'Why on earth are you there, when you're everywhere?' Thank you both for your comments. They each speak to what connects us. Makes me happy.
Choosing to call himself the fool in many songs, I thought of him when I came across this quote: "The most difficult character in comedy is that of the fool, and he must be no simpleton that plays that part."
~ Miguel de Cervantes I would think the same holds true for characters in the schools of drama and tragedy. Sometimes, when worldly things manifest as a bit mad, the fool is the only one who sees aright.
I adored the Beatles. I happened to be born just 10 days after John was brutally murdered. The Beatles music, John and Paul's solo work truly inspire me as a writer. In fact, they probably inspire me just as much, if not more, than my favorite authors. Is that crazy?
