"September" by Pierre Leduc
I subjected this draft to a subject and left it there
In preparation for the main event,
But it's now the 16th, and the race to the finish has begun.Nah - don't take me too seriously.
Nobody's racing.
The steady track just moves beneath our feet. The power to control time.
We all have it.
That's the funny thing - it can be done.
One minute *can* be a lifetime. But I missed the Ides and wave belatedly
Back at it for this year.
Who knows where things will be next year
At this time.
Cool to tick it off in hash marks on an
Inviting stone cell wall.
A collage surrounding...Autumn is my favorite time of year
For so many reasons..
New Year, new beginnings...
The trend toward slowly pulling within;
Contemplation and a different
Flavor of attention... than the one
Summer beckons.New enterprises for everyone - if you can't
Locate yours, peer under the closest stone.
Down the rabbit hole you go!Happy September's second half, folks.
Embrace your ascendance and entropy
Together as one will inevitably morph
Into the other and back once more. Lava lamp of the inner shores.
