Two things flashed together in my mind:
The recently noted segment of "The Mighty Boosh," w/
Noel Fielding as 'Vince Noir' calling Mick Jagger
A "monkey genius."
And...The theme of "Gimme Shelter." After a very short contemplation, without
Knowing what Fielding had in mind..
I would think that a monkey genius would
Be especially good at sounding alarms...Such a valuable trait for the survival of the species
Highly prized, one would think...
But you can't know simply by looking at human beings.
After all...Rolling Stones:"A storm is threatening my very life today.
Gimme, gimme shelter...
Or, I'm going to fade away." ...Dylan's "Shelter from the Storm""I was in another lifetime,
One of toil and blood
When blackness was a virtue
And the road was full of mud.
I came in from the wilderness;

"I'll give you shelter from the storm.""What is 'she?' Another monkey genius or

What is shelter for us...
Waking the dreamer
Alerting the collective
Even though 'we' seem to have unplugged
From it completely.Monkey geniuses only carry the ball thus far.
