Brainless myself, I will go with the quotes of others I respect
Rough Riding

"What we call despair is often only the painful eagerness of unfed hope."
~ George Eliot

"Like strength is felt from hope and from despair."
~ Homer*

"Do not despair of your life. You have force enough to overcome your obstacles."
~Henry David Thoreau

"Where does one go from a world of insanity? Somewhere on the other side of despair."
~T S Eliot

I guess we must go through rather than around... If we can accomplish that feat.
Love to the world.
I'm trying.
Hope to all who despair.

Rough day in the neighborhood...
Of the membrane.

New Joys ~ Charlie

A friend introduced me today
To the stylings of one young Charlie
I find him to be quite the talented and personable
self-creating YouTube uploader...

As soon as I saw these couple of videos
I immediately thought of you all.
Just  one of those treasures I have to share
If even one person gets a kick out of it.

Hang in there for the big message of self-acceptance
And sweet clever fun.

I too am a Dr. Who geek, so things are building up for the new doctor
Just saw my first print ad.... looking spiffy; I see the Daleks are back.
Pesky soup cans, they are...

Time lord rock on!
Chameleon Circuit

Look for great things, I say.

Distant? Mother Ship

(picture caflooey - can be seen on next post up)  ;)

"What is it," she asked when I told her we called it the mothership.
"It's a water tower..." I said wondering what else
An imagination might conjure.

Across the river, which will look like this come April.
Not so far away now.
The plants are visible now for the first time end of March
As spikes without offshoots of any sort, but we know
What waits in surprise...

A lotus of the heart times thousands.
I feel open when I see that expanse out the window.
Sight and form and every sense - all made of the same
Shimmering essence of foundational

Beams of conscious array

Now the rain pours down to feed the vision.
Mirage of the formed ones
Seems 'real' enough
And yet - we often miss the simplest things, I've found
From looking at myself and really listening to others.
We're 'just drawn that way' but don't have to remain there...
At all.
